Unified Intake. Synced Matters. Simpler Estate Planning.
Connect Eternal Pro with Smokeball to keep Client intake in sync.
Why Integrate Eternal Pro with Smokeball?
One secure workflow instead of two. Smokeball and Eternal Pro keep intake data moving without re-typing, without gaps, and without chasing clients for details they already gave you.
Effortless Contact Sync
Client contacts stay matched between Smokeball and Eternal Pro without manual updates.
Streamlined Workflow
Take each Matter from first intake to signed plan without leaving your workflow.
Collaborative Intake
Paralegals and clients work through intake together in real time in Eternal Pro.
Enhanced Client Experience
Give every client a secure, polished onboarding that reflects your firm.
How the Smokeball Integration Works
- Link your Smokeball account to Eternal Pro in just a few clicks
- Export a client's full estate intake to Smokeball with a single click
- Eternal Pro then matches or creates each contact, attaches them to a new or existing Matter, and uploads every file and intake answer into Smokeball
- Contacts already in Smokeball? Eternal Pro can generate secure intake invitation links for them automatically
- The connection runs both ways, so contacts, Matters, and intake data stay in step between Eternal Pro and Smokeball
Ready to Connect?
Together, Eternal Pro + Smokeball make estate planning easier and more secure than ever.
Spend less time on data entry and more on your clients.
