To create a Zapier webhook to import clients into Eternal Pro:
- Login to your Eternal Dashboard as a Super Admin user
- Hover on Integrations in the left nav menu, then click Zapier
- Copy your Zap URL and the Example Zapier POST Body
- Open a new window and login to Zapier
- Create a new Zap using your chosen App (ie. Lawmatics, Mycase, etc)
- Specify your Trigger event
- For Lawmatics, select Matter Added
- Optionally, add a Filter by Zapier to your Zap
- For Lawmatics, set Only continue if Attributes Case Title contains "Eternal Pro"
- Add a Webhooks by Zapier event to your Zap
- Set Action event to POST
- Enter your Zap URL in the URL field
- Enter "payload" in the Data field
- Paste the Example Zapier POST Body from above in the "Enter text or insert data" entry field
- Click the [+] sign and replace the example data fields with the correct Zapier fields
- Note, do not change the "endpoint" value
- Test your Zap and correct for any issues
- Publish your Zap
- Specify your Trigger event
