How do I appoint a digital executor?

Appointing a digital executor is a critical part of planning your digital estate, when provided for by your jurisdiction. Digital Executors are responsible for handling a number of aspects of your digital legacy. To appoint a digital executor with Eternal Me, after creating an account and logging into your Eternal Dashboard:

  1. Click Legacy Managers in the left navigation bar
  2. Click the (+ Add a Primary or Secondary Legacy Manager) button
  3. Select an existing Contact, or, Add a New Contact
  4. Select their role as either Primary, or, Succcessor
  5. Click Add Legacy Manager

Most jurisdictions do not yet support directly appointing Digital Executors. In this case, subscribing to our Digital Executor Support service ensures your fiduciaries will have adequate digital asset support, when the time comes.
